The game
Hitladder is a music career simulation game for iPhone. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app on the App Store.
It's fiction
All artists, songs, labels, charts, venues and events in Hitladder are fictional, and any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental. Hitladder is not affiliated with any record label, chart, streaming service or music company. Streams, money and deals in the game are game mechanics, not predictions or advice about the real music industry.
Hitladder Pro
Hitladder is free to play. Hitladder Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features (a sandbox start, more career slots, poster colors and career stats) at the price shown in the App Store for your country. Use “Restore purchases” in the More tab to bring Pro back on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Cash packs
Cash packs add in-game money to your current career, or to your next career if none is open. In-game money exists only inside the game: it has no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything else, and cannot be transferred to another person or device. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow App Store rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Your careers
Careers are saved only on your device; there is no online account or cloud sync. Keep your iPhone backed up. We cannot restore a career that was deleted, abandoned or lost with a device. Updates may rebalance the game, for example how many streams a song earns, and this can affect careers already in progress.
Your covers
Album cover photos you choose stay on your device. Use only images you have the right to use.
Fair use
Use the app only as intended and in line with applicable law. Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify or resell it.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change when the app changes. The current version is always at this address with its effective date.
