HITLADDERPrivacy policy
In short: Hitladder collects no personal data. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising. Your careers are saved only on your iPhone, and we never see them.
What stays on your phone
Everything you create in Hitladder, including your artist, songs, releases, charts history and settings, is stored in the app's own storage on your device. It is included in your device backups according to your iOS settings (iCloud Backup or a computer backup), and Apple's privacy policy governs those backups. Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your phone.
Album covers from Photos
If you choose a cover for an album, iOS shows its own photo picker and gives Hitladder only the photo you pick. The app keeps a resized copy on your device next to your career. It never uploads it, and it does not ask for access to your photo library.
Purchases
Hitladder Pro and cash packs are sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details. The app reads your purchase status from Apple to unlock Pro and to add cash to your career.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and makes no network requests of its own; the only connection it uses is Apple's App Store purchase system. If you have turned on “Share With App Developers” in your iPhone settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and app usage statistics with us under Apple's privacy policy. We use them only to fix problems.
This website
hitladder.com uses no cookies and no analytics, and it loads nothing from third parties; its fonts are served from this site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the pages (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
Children
Hitladder is not directed at children under 13, and it does not collect personal information from anyone.
Your choices
“Abandon this career” in the More tab deletes that career and its album covers. Deleting the app deletes everything. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing we could look up, hand over or delete on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
