Where is my career saved?
Only on your iPhone. It is included in your iPhone backups. There is no online account, so deleting the app deletes your careers.
I bought Pro. How do I get it on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the More tab and tap “Restore purchases”.
My cash pack didn't show up
Cash goes into the career you are playing. If no career is open, it is added when you start your next one. Still missing? Email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I start over?
More tab → “Abandon this career”. This can't be undone. With Pro you can keep up to five careers at once and switch between them.
Why don't ads bring me fans?
Ads buy listeners, not followers. Labels and charts only count organic listeners, so good songs, spacing out your releases and playing shows matter more than your ad budget.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are the artists real?
No. Every artist, song, label and chart in Hitladder is fictional.
